Laia Tarragona

Laia Tarragona works as research project manager at CIDOB (Barcelona Centre for International Affairs). She has a versatile profile, with broad experience in research project management in different research areas. She worked at CIDOB from 2011 to 2015, and then from 2023 onwards. From 2016 to 2022 she worked at the University of Deusto as research assistant and project manager in different European projects, as well as independent consultant in the field of online hate speech. In 2013 she was invited to the United States under the auspices of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). She holds a law degree and a Master’s in International Relations. Prior to her master’s, she worked as associate lawyer at an international law firm.
