- How long we keep your data? Your personal information will be retained until such time as we have replied to your request and carried out the appropriate action. Afterwards, it will be erased unless it implies responsibilities for CIDOB.
Registering as a member
- Why we use your data? We will process your data to manage the services associated with your membership, details of which can be found on the website.
- How long we keep your data? Your personal information will be retained until such time as you ask to cancel your membership and will be kept solely for historical archiving purposes.
Registering for activities
- Why we use your data? We will process your data to manage the activity you have registered for and, if you have given your consent, its public dissemination.
- How long we keep your data? Your personal data will be retained for the time required to organise the activity you have registered for. Afterwards, it will be erased unless it implies responsibilities for CIDOB.
You provide us with your data voluntarily at all times and therefore guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful. You are responsible for the veracity of the data provided and we reserve the right to exclude from the services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to other action that may be appropriate in law.
Under no circumstances will there be automated decision-making based on your data.
