Martin Lemberg-Pedersen

Martin Lemberg-Pedersen is Honorary Associate Professor at the Department of Politics and International Studies (PAIS), the University of Warwick. From 2021 to 2024 he was the Head of Policy and Documentation at Amnesty International Denmark, from 2020 to 2021 he was Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen. and between 2016 and 2020 an Assistant Professor at Global Refugee Studies, Aalborg University. He has been Visiting Fellow at Refugee Studies Centre, University of Oxford, Harokopio University Athens and  Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He has also been Danish Country Coordinator for the European Website for Integration (EWSI) and the Migration Integration Policy Index (MIPEX) between 2013 and 2016. His research, teaching and supervision covers international relations and geopolitics, refugee and asylum politics, racialization, deportation, border externalization, the political economy of military and security markets related to displacement, and post- and decolonial approaches.
