CIDOB organizes an experts’ seminar to explore the consequences of “differentiated integration” offered to the countries of the Western Balkans, trying to unravel the implications for the EU if these states are not equally integrated and for each of them whether or not they accede to the Union. Conference participants will include representatives of the six states of the Western Balkans; representatives of DG Enlargement from Brussels; and several independent Balkan experts.
