Gabriel Reyes Leguen

Associate Professor at the School of Global and Public Affairs, IE University  and Associate Research Fellow at CIDOB where he developed the STAP-RP Policy Research Project.

He holds degrees from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (BA and MA in Law, Madrid), Cardiff Law School, and King’s College London (MA International Peace and Security). He has previously held the positions of Director of Projects at the Toledo International Center for Peace (CITpax), a Madrid based organisation specialised in track II diplomacy and mediation and Foreign Policy adviser in the Spanish Prime Minister's office. Gabriel has also worked as a researcher at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS, London), the Political Committee of NATO Parliamentary Assembly (Brussels) as well as the Club of Madrid.
